Cook County Jail DataLink

The program identifies individuals in our targeted mental health population that should have been involved in services with community mental health providers, but have been detained in jail.
The program also provides case managers located with community providers that provide linkage to community services from county jails, and functions as a screening tool for MH Court eligibility.
